We are now accepting abstracts for the 2025 Impact First Digital Development Summit, a one-day virtual event bringing together leaders from healthcare, government, philanthropy, and technology to explore how digital tools and data can transform systems and improve lives.

This year’s Summit will be entirely online and free to attend, offering a unique platform to share real-world solutions and bold ideas with a global, cross-sector audience.

Whether you're scaling interoperable systems for health, deploying early warning technology in cities, funding climate-resilient infrastructure, or designing AI tools for patient care—we invite you to submit an abstract and be part of the conversation.

Digital solutions for epidemic tracking, early warning systems, and real-time crisis response.

All sessions will take place virtually on October 15, 2025, from 07:00–12:00 EST. There is no cost to attend or to present.

Entry into Portugal

Speakers outside Europe, confirm funding early and plan visa processing. Ensure Schengen visa eligibility or contact events@baosystems.com for an invitation letter. Include:

You can apply for a Schengen visa at the Portuguese embassy or consulate in the country you reside in. In addition to the embassy and consulate, you can also apply for a visa through VFS Global. We encourage all speakers to book a visa appointment at the embassy, consulate or through VFS Global immediately, even though you have not yet received notification about your abstract submission.
